How do I pay legal fees if bitten by a dog?
I handle most Oregon dog-bite cases on a contingency fee basis, provided that the owner of the dog as significant assets, such as real property. This means that you do not owe me for my attorney fees, unless I recover money for you. My fee percentage is lower if you forward the costs of litigation.
If I am not willing to handle your case on a contingency fee basis, I am usually willing to give you a flat rate or hourly quote.
